Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

• Some form fields and radio button groups are not clearly labelled or programmatically associated with their descriptions, which fails WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships), 3.3.2 (Labels or Instructions) and 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
• Several form fields are missing required attributes or accessible names, and some components such as custom file uploads and rich-text editors lose their label associations. This fails 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships) and 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
• Error messages on forms are not consistently linked to their corresponding inputs or announced to screen readers, which fails 3.3.1 (Error Identification), 3.3.2 (Labels or Instructions), 3.3.3 (Error Suggestion), 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value) and 4.1.3 (Status Messages).
• Some interface components (such as dropdown menus and navigation controls) do not announce state changes to assistive technologies, which fails 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
• Pagination and search navigation controls lack accessible labels and context, which fails 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships), 2.4.4 (Link Purpose – In Context) and 2.4.6 (Headings and Labels).
• The news ticker cannot be paused or stopped by users, and its updates are not announced to assistive technology. This fails 2.2.1 (Timing Adjustable), 2.2.2 (Pause, Stop, Hide) and 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
• Certain sections of the site (such as the user session area) are not contained within landmark regions, which fails 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships) and 2.4.1 (Bypass Blocks).
• Some visual icons and buttons (such as delete icons and progress indicators) do not include accessible text or names, which fails 1.1.1 (Non-text Content), 2.4.4 (Link Purpose – In Context) and 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
• Lists and tables use non-semantic markup (e.g. list items with role="presentation" or empty table headers), breaking structural relationships. This fails 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
