An Assistant Accountant working in the Water Retailing Industry. She started AAT Level 2 straight out of high school, and after completing level 2, she did level 3 and 4 in an apprenticeship before moving onto ACCA, where she has currently completed 6 exams.

Harshan Vincent-Francis

A Senior Finance Process Manager at the Department for Transport and is currently completing the Strategic Professional level of the ACCA qualification through the ACCA Professional Apprenticeship programme. In his role, he works on finance process improvement, financial systems and supporting effective financial management across the department. During this webinar, Harshan will share his experience of balancing ACCA studies with a full-time role in the Civil Service, as well as the opportunities, challenges and career development benefits of undertaking a professional finance qualification.
